Keeping your money moving…

Hey everyone!

Yes, I know, it has been a while :(  sorry about the delay.  Things have been busy here in So Cal.  I think I’ve mentioned this before, but I have a non-real estate related full time job that requires most of my free time these days.

At any rate 2013 is here and I am trying to hit the ground running.  First up, I just partnered with a local investor here on my first Flip/wholesale deal.   We’re currently in escrow and should be wrapping that up next month.   I’ve just locked down my first property in 2013 – woo hoo!  The problem not is MONEY!!  I am running low on capital and pretty much all lenders are turning their backs on me – sad times.  The good news is that I think I’ve found to keep the business moving.

I’ll be sharing more about these deals/experiences over the coming months.   The good news is that I’m going to keep the blog running – yay!  The sad news is that I can’t continue to post weekly.  I tried, but between writing for BiggerPockets, my day job and running my real estate business, I just don’t want to give up any more of my free time.   Moving forward I’m going to try to post 2Xs a month, maybe more.     My goal will be to be more conversational and informative.   Some of the posts may be short and I’m sure my dyslexia and typos will be evident, but if you want me to keep writing, then that’s what I’ll do.

BTW – thank you to all of you who took the time to email me, some even multiple times, encouraging me to continue sharing.  I apologize if I didn’t respond back to all of your.

If you haven’t already, I’ve posted a reccet article on BP, so be sure to check it out and say hello.  AG is BACK ;)

Thanks Chuck. I’m done with trying to make each post a work of art. I’m just going to share my thoughts. Some will be long and some will be short. I plan on making my BP articles more polished and use this site has a way to process what I am learning and to stay connected to the RE business.

Thanks for all the encouragement, I know you emailed me a couple of times. Thanks for that!!
